Mientras viajo por el mundo presentando Ho'oponopono, me doy cuenta que todos tenemos las mismas preguntas e inquietudes. Y sé que circula mucha información por diferentes medios que no es muy clara y está creando confusión.

También sé que la única forma de revertir todo lo que hemos aprendido y desprogramar todo lo que nos han programado es escuchando y reescuchando, leyendo y re-leyendo. En mi propia experiencia, mi intelecto necesitó entender un poco para estar dispuesto a soltar.

Como ya saben, yo amo las preguntas porque me dan la oportunidad de venir de la Inspiración.

Por ello he decidido recopilar algunas respuestas a esas preguntas que frecuentemente surgieron en los seminarios de Ho'oponopono en todo el mundo.

Espero que esto ayude a responder tus preguntas y clarificar algunas de tus dudas y que te ayude a limpiar más. (Si no estás seguro qué es limpiar, está explicado en este cuadernillo).

Yo sé que cuando practicas Ho'oponopono, verás los resultados y todos nos beneficiaremos. Con Ho'oponopono aprenderás a tomar 100 por ciento de responsabilidad.

Ho'oponopono te ayudará a soltar lo que no eres tú, para que puedas encontrar quién eres realmente y te enamores de tí. Sólo cuando te ames y aceptes a tí mismo, podrás amar y aceptar a los demás.

Re-descubriéndote, encontrarás tu pasión. Encontrando tu pasión y teniendo la confianza, encontrarás tu propósito. Cuando encuentras tu propósito, estarás haciendo lo que amas, y el dinero vendrá.

Haciendo lo que amas, serás feliz. Estarás en el lugar correcto en el momento perfecto, y entonces los demás podrán hacer lo mismo.

What is Ho’oponopono?

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian art of problem solving.

The original Hawaiians used to practice this. Dr. Ihaleakalá Hew Len, my Ho’oponopono teacher, says that these Hawaiians came from other galaxies.

Many religions are practiced in Hawaii as everywhere else, so not everyone in Hawaii practices Ho’oponopono. Some people in Hawaii have never heard of it.

Morrnah Simeona (Ihaleakalá’s teacher) brought these teachings to us and updated them for modern times.

In the past you needed the whole family present, and one by one would ask for forgiveness from each other. Now we know there is no one else out there. It is just our thoughts of the other person, our own memories of the other person. So we take 100% responsibility and clean those memories. Whatever gets erased from us, gets erased from the other people, our family, relatives and ancestors and the earth. It gets erased from everything. You do not need to be present to ask forgiveness to others, now you can do it on your own home. Memories are all inside us as we clean, whatever comes off of us, will come off of them without the need to be in their presence.

Ho’oponopono means “To correct an error”

Everything that shows up in our life is a memory, a program playing (an error) and it shows up in our life to give us an opportunity to let go, to clean, to delete.

Ho’oponopono is the delete key in the keyboard in our computer.

See, when you misspell a word, you don’t talk to the monitor and tell the monitor “How many times did I tell you how to spell that word?” You know the monitor cannot do anything about it. You can talk to the monitor all day long, but the monitor will look at you, like what does she want me to do??

If you want to change something you need to delete first, create that empty space in order to put the right information.

Ho’oponopono takes us back to the void, to zero, so that Inspiration can show up in our life and guide us. That way we can be at the right time at the right place.
